Since the beginning of recorded time, there have been singular events that have changed “the course of human events.” The Apollo 11 mission is one of the more memorable events.

As a nation, we’ve always known that we have a collective “can do” attitude. In a single step, we proved that we can. It’s that very courage we need now, today. Hopefully, your book can serve as that lighting rod to reignite peoples imagination.

Good for you. I know how you feel. When I wrote my first book back when I was in my thirty’s it was based on my personal experiences. I wrote it because not enough is ever said [correctly] about how to sell. A few years ago I wrote a book that GM bought for their dealers. Again, it was to fill a need.

You book could inspire young minds to understand that there IS truly nothing that is not within their grasp.

- Recruit help, but be prepared to tackle it all if help gets busy
- Expect it to take a while to pick up WOM & memebers
- Be prepared for the unexpected (speakers not showing up, A/V equipment not working, sponsors backing out, etc.)
- Plan on spending 10x as much time as you thought it would take to organize
- Be sure to have a game plan, agenda, and Plan B
- Reach out to as many of your networking circles (even non-SoMe) as you can to help spread the word
- Above all else, know that along the way you will make some incredible friends and build life-long relationships with very good people
